Regan's boot obsession continues. I got her dressed for gymnastics and told her to get her shoes on. ....this is what she pulled out of the drawer. She then got them on and zipped up all by herself, so what could I say? And yes, Regan obviously does not go out and buy these shoes on her own.....I just never thought they'd see the light of day while being paired with a leotard!Did I ever mention Regan can and will eat her weight in cantaloupe?!?!? Huh?!?! The party animal after the party is over~ She props these pillows up all by herself to settle in to watch tv.
My little girl and I were united on December 19th, 2006. I have sinced learned that my floor will never be clean, I'll never catch up on all the laundry so why try?, metal dog bowls make the best drums, and that being a mom is the best feeling in the world. Soon after my daughter came home, we fought a terrible infection that the doctor's weren't sure she would survive. After spending a month in the hospital, with multiple medical procedures and having to make hard decisions, I realized that I was strong enough to adopt a child with special needs. In August of 2009, I brought home my then 4 year old son from India. Adoption is an amazing blessing!!
